Delete Your Account.

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the The Early Bird app:

1. Open the The Early Bird app and make sure you are signed in.
2. Open Settings (the gear icon).
3. Go to the Account section and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated data are removed immediately.

If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send a message from the email address on your account to info@a2mtechnologies.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and include the name and email address associated with your The Early Bird account.

We will verify your identity, process the request, and confirm completion within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:

• Your account profile — name, email address, phone number, and company name
• Team member records you created — names, contact details, roles, and pay rates
• Jobs and projects — job names, descriptions, client details, addresses, and checklists
• Time and attendance — clock-in/out records, breaks, and calculated hours
• Photos and videos you uploaded, along with their captions and metadata
• Location data — job site coordinates and geofence boundaries you entered
• Messages you sent through in-app messaging
• Forms and signatures you submitted
• Your device push notification token

We do not retain your personal data after deletion except where we are required to keep it by law (for example, records needed to comply with tax, accounting, or legal obligations). Any such records are retained only for the period required by applicable law and are then deleted. We may also keep aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer be linked to you.

Note: if other members of your team independently created their own content (their own jobs, time cards, or photos), that content belongs to their accounts and is not removed when you delete yours.

In-app deletion removes your account immediately. For email requests, your data is deleted within 30 days of us verifying the request. Backups are purged on a rolling basis and any residual copies are removed within 90 days.
