Delete Your Data.

You can remove most of your content directly in the The Early Bird app while keeping your account active:

• Photos & videos — open a job or the Media library, select an item, and tap delete.
• Jobs & projects — open the job and use the delete option in its menu.
• Time cards — open a time entry and delete it from its detail screen.
• Profile details — edit or clear your name, phone number, and company in Settings → Account.

To request deletion of specific data, or data you cannot remove yourself, email us from the address on your account at info@a2mtechnologies.com with the subject line "Delete my data". Please include:

• The name and email address associated with your The Early Bird account
• A description of the specific data you want deleted (for example, "all my uploaded photos" or "my job history")

We will verify your identity, complete the deletion, and confirm within 30 days. Backups are purged on a rolling basis, with any residual copies removed within 90 days.

• Photos and videos you uploaded, along with their captions and metadata
• Jobs and projects — names, descriptions, client details, addresses, and checklists
• Time and attendance records — clock-in/out times, breaks, and calculated hours
• Location data — job site coordinates and geofence boundaries you entered
• Messages you sent through in-app messaging
• Forms and signatures you submitted
• Profile fields such as phone number and company name

Because your account stays active, we retain the minimum information needed to keep it working — such as your name and email used to sign in. We may also retain records we are required to keep by law (for example, for tax, accounting, or legal obligations) for the period required, after which they are deleted. Content created by other members of your team belongs to their accounts and is not affected by your request.
